NFM is one of the largest and longest operating independent long-term rental companies in Poland. We work with a wide network of contractors throughout the country, which include, among others: car manufacturers and dealers, authorized service networks, body shops, tire workshops and fuel companies. The NFM Group has been present on the Polish market since 2002 and currently manages almost 4.5 thousand cars across the country.
In 2013, NFM expanded its activities, becoming the exclusive representative in Poland of Hertz - the world's largest car rental company. In 2014, the NFM Group took over the representative office of the economic car rental company Firefly.
The NFM Group consists of companies from the automotive industry - Nivette Fleet Management (NFM), providing Full Service Leasing and fleet management services, Hertz - a world leader in car rental, Hertz Lease and car rentals: Dollar, Thrifty and Firefly.
Challenge
Selling post-lease cars involves a variety of process management challenges. In order to effectively reach wholesale customers and increase the level of service provided, a digital solution had to be implemented in a short period of time. Dedicated integration of the silentclicks.com tool significantly improved the efficiency of the dealer network’s sales channel and enabled our client to differentiate itself from its competitors.
Solution
The implementation of the auction system was preceded by consultations to optimise the process and adapt it to the client’s specific requirements. Key expectations included:
- The design of a transparent vehicle offer, with the dispatch of a complete set of all data necessary to verify the vehicle in the wholesale buyer channel (including the sale of “vehicle packages”).
- A modern platform design, in line with the company’s branding, emphasising the professionalism and intuitiveness of the solution.
- Search function according to specific parameters such as fuel type, transmission, body type, etc.
- Customer grouping – ability to promote selected types of offers to specific groups of customers according to their defined preferences.
- Ability to study customer interests, customer response to different types of offers and campaigns, definition of transaction prices for retail customers.
- Updated availability of the range of vehicles sold, integrated with other sales channels.
- E-mail notifications and reminders when auctions end.
- Possibility to extend the functionality of the system in the future, e.g. with new sales channels and a greater degree of automation.
Business effect
After more than two years of operation, there has been a significant reduction in the time taken to process enquiries and an improvement in the flow of sales documents. There has also been a significant increase in the speed, transparency and visibility of the company’s current range of used post-lease vehicles.
As an additional effect, it has been observed that wholesale customers feel that they are being singled out as a prestigious group of customers to whom dedicated communication is being directed – as a result, our client is seeing a significant increase in interest in its offerings in this channel. NFM plans to expand the functionality of the platform in the near future and to further automate it.
